We have suri and huacaya alpacas, mostly our own breeding females but with some stud males, and we also have pregnant females and young males for sale, on behalf of NZ Alpacas Ltd. Surico Alpacas is an agent for NZ Alpacas Ltd, home of the Kaihere and Somerset studs.
Our ultimate aim is to breed an elite line of white suri and to produce top quality alpacas, improving the lustre, fineness and weight of the fleece. To achieve this breeding program we have imported top quality genetics from Peru and Australia.
We also breed our rare coloured suri and sell some of the progeny. We also breed some huacaya for sale.

Although our speciality and expertise is breeding lustrous, dense show-winning white suri alpacas, we have everything from exceptional white suris to colourful pet males.
